If you come in with a partner to train, simply post in the Update Requests thread when the battle is complete for a staff member to come by and award levels.

If you are requesting a mod-controlled battle partner, post in Update Requests regularly as though it is a journey thread.

Battling here will occur like any other pokemon battling around the site. You are free to come up with the rules yourself, be it a single battle, double battle, or triple battle. If there are any questions or disagreements, come to me.
